A compilation of all Jensen Ackles images in my collection throughout the years. ^-^ Jensen was born in Dallas, Texas to Alan Roger Ackles, an actor, and Donna Joan Shaffer. His parents chose the name "Jensen" because it was uncommon and his mother found it in a church hymnal. It was the last name of the author of the hymn she was singing. Was supposed to have been named 'Justin.' His family comprises his parents Roger Alan and Donna Joan, baby sister Mackenzie Joan,Big brother Joshua Alan, sister-in-law Alexis Bistros-Ackles and nephews Logan and baby Lincoln. At the moment, Jensen is in a relationship for two and half years now with actress Danneel Harris. He is currently living with Jared, Supernatural on-screen/brother and real life bestfriend at Padalecki's house in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Jensen Ross S. Ackles is a Christian who holds his religious beliefs close to him and considers the Bible to be one of his favorite books. It was said that he announced in an ET interview that he is very picky about names and when his brother's son was born he was said to have had an argument with his parents about the name they wanted for the baby, which was Lee Roger Ackles. It was later changed after the dispute, to Alan. The Ackles are of Irish and British ancestry. Ackles had planned to study sports medicine before, at Texas Tech University and become a physical therapist before moving to Los Angeles to become an actor.
